I’ve been with Lebanon Family Health Services for over 10 years.  A friend first told me about LFHS when I was pregnant.  This is a great healthcare provider and the ladies are awesome!

  • STI Clinic Update: COVID-19 Modifications

    Free Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing and Treatment Clinics

    In order to ensure patient safety, this year’s clinic has been modified to ensure social distancing practices. Therefore, all patients must make an appointment and wear a mask when visiting the office. All participants will receive a $20 gift card.
