Services: Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Testing & Treatment
According to the 2018 Centers for Disease Control Sexually Transmitted Disease Surveillance, people aged 15–24 represented a large proportion of individuals with chlamydia (62%), gonorrhea (43%), and syphilis (22%). The World Health Organization reports that when these infections are left untreated, these infections can cause infertility, poor pregnancy, and birth outcomes. They also cause an individual to be more susceptible to other STIs including HIV/AIDS. Click here for more information.
Lebanon Family Health Services offers STI testing for males and females, free of charge. Treatment is based on a sliding fee scale (determined by income & household size). You may qualify for FREE or low-cost treatment.
Individuals will receive results in approximately 2 weeks. Based on the results, additional appointments and treatments may be necessary.
Testing is done through a urine test for males and a cervical swab for females. Testing can also be completed by a blood draw.
Walk-ins are welcome!
