Services: Men’s Health

Lebanon Family Health Services offers an array of services and programs related to Men’s Health. Visits are private and confidential. Our services are provided by a CRNP (certified registered nurse practitioner), RNs (registered nurses), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and Clinician Assistants.

Fees for our services are based on a sliding fee scale, determined by household size and income. Services may be free or at a reduced fee, but even at our full fee, the cost for our services is about half that of private physicians and pharmacies. No one is refused services for the inability to pay based on Federal poverty guidelines. We also accept a variety of private insurance plans and State Medicaid Plans including:

  • Blue Cross
  • Blue Shield
  • Gateway
  • UPMC For You
  • Aetna Better Health

Convenient Care

No need to wait for an appointment at your doctor’s office and pay high deductibles or co-pays! Urgent care services are available at LFHS. This includes upper respiratory infections (colds and flu), strep throat, sinus infections, mono, ear infections and pink eye. COST OF THE VISIT IS $20 AND $5 PER PRESCRIPTION IF NEEDED. This service is for EVERYONE (age 12 and over), regardless of your income or insurance status.

STI

Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing is an important part of preventive health! It is important to get tested, even though you do not have symptoms! Lebanon Family Health Services offers FREE testing.

Sport’s Physicals

You’ll score a home run with Lebanon Family Health’s sport’s physicals! We offer physicals for all the young athletes in your life for only $20.

WIC

WIC welcomes men! WIC recognizes the important role that fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and other male guardians play in caring for kids. Fathers and other caregivers are encouraged to enroll and bring kids to appointments, attend nutrition and health workshops, and use WIC checks in grocery stores.

WIC benefits, by design of the program, are provided to pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding women, infants, and children under the age of five. A man with any of these participants in his family benefits from the support the nutritious foods and nutrition education offers his family.

Dads Caring for Their Kids: It’s Parenting, Not Babysitting-Join us for parenting classes on Thursday nights

Fathers play a crucial role in helping children develop social skills. Fathers who are positive and supportive tend to raise successful children.

Steer clear of high costs! LFHS offers driver’s license physicals for only $20.

Men’s Reproductive Health

Your Health is Your Power

Reproductive health is an important part of men’s overall health and well-being.

Male reproductive health includes:

  • Contraception (condoms)
  • Testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections/Diseases
  • Prostate and Colorectal Exams

At Lebanon Family Health we recommend all sexually active men be screened annually for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), more often if you change partners. Men 50 and over should have an annual prostate and colorectal exam.

PLEASE NOTE:  LFHS remains open with modified business hours and adjustments made to our WIC program.  We also implemented necessary modifications to our education programs in order to ensure safety.  For the safety of all visitors to LFHS, please see the guidelines for the use of masks.

  • STI Clinic Update: COVID-19 Modifications

    Free Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing and Treatment Clinics

    In order to ensure patient safety, this year’s clinic has been modified to ensure social distancing practices. Therefore, it will be held over 4 days, all patients must make an appointment and wear a mask when visiting the office. All participants will receive a $20 gift card.
