Services

Lebanon Family Health has been serving the Lebanon Community for the past 45 years. Services include reproductive health care (pap tests, breast exams, contraceptives, pregnancy testing, STD testing and treatment); prenatal care; other medical services (driver’s license physicals, employment physicals and drug screening); education programs (school, community, civic group, business presentations, parenting classes and tobacco cessation programs) and the WIC (women, infants and children) program to provide nutrition education and nutritious foods. Currently over 52,000 visits each year are provided by Lebanon Family Health Services to over 15,000 individuals in Lebanon County.

PLEASE NOTE:  LFHS remains open with adjustments made to our WIC program. For the safety of all visitors to LFHS, please see the guidelines for the use of masks.
