Lebanon Family Health has been serving the Lebanon Community for the past 50 years. Services include reproductive health care (pap tests, breast exams, contraceptives, pregnancy testing, STD testing and treatment); prenatal care; other medical services (driver’s license physicals, employment physicals and drug screening); education programs (school, community, civic group, business presentations, parenting classes and tobacco cessation programs) and the WIC (women, infants and children) program to provide nutrition education and nutritious foods. Currently over 52,000 visits each year are provided by Lebanon Family Health Services to over 15,000 individuals in Lebanon County.
Lebanon Family Health Services offers an array of services and programs related to reproductive health care. Visits are private and confidential.
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) is a supplemental nutrition program for low-to mid-income families. WIC provides supplemental nutritious food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and more to women and children under the age of 5.
The prenatal services at Lebanon Family Health are available to any pregnant woman. Services are geared primarily to low-income, uninsured and underinsured women.
Our services are always free to eligible teens 17 and under regardless of income, and teen-clinic times are exclusively for teens, so they can receive the care they need without the hassle of making an appointment and being concerned about sitting among adults in the waiting room.
Lebanon Family Health Services is now offering convenient care services to individuals ages 12 and older for the following conditions: upper respiratory infections (colds and flu), strep throat, sinus infections, mono, ear infections, and pink eye.
Lebanon Family Health Services offers an array of services and programs related to Men’s Health. Visits are private and confidential.
Lebanon Family Health Services invites new patients, male or female, of any age to come visit us for our “Walk-in Friday!” to receive reproductive health care, other medical services, and/or WIC services. No appointment is necessary. You may qualify for free or low-cost services.
