Celebrating 50 Years!!

Lebanon Family Health Services was established in 1973 to help meet the needs of lower income, uninsured or underinsured women for family planning services.  In the 50-year history of the organization, we have expanded programs based on unmet community needs.  Today we offer over 20 programs, serving approximately 15,000 men, women and children each year with 40,000 visits.

WIC

WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) is a supplemental nutrition program for low-to mid-income families. WIC provides supplemental nutritious food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and more to women and children under the age of 5.

Education

Lebanon Family Health Services offers an array of education services in person or via ZOOM throughout the community for businesses, human service agencies, churches, schools, social and civic organizations. Education is vital to addressing our community needs.

Medical Services

Medical Services include reproductive health care (pap tests, breast exams, contraceptives, pregnancy testing, STD testing and treatment); prenatal care; other medical services (driver’s license physicals, employment physicals and drug screening);

Community

Lebanon Family Health has been serving the Lebanon Community for the past 50 years. We value our Community Partners that have made the last 50 years so successful, and are looking forward to the future to how we can continue to expand and serve our community further.
