Convenient Care Services
Lebanon Family Health Services is now offering convenient care services to individuals ages 12 and older for the following conditions: upper respiratory infections (colds and flu), strep throat, sinus infections, mono, ear infections, and pink eye.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
Cost of visit is $25 and $5 per prescription if needed.
