Test and Go Kiosk
Lebanon Family Health Services is excited to introduce our Kiosk! Our Kiosk provides FREE products available 24/7 and is located outside our building at 615 Cumberland Street. The Test and Go Kiosk was received through grant funding to LFHS from The Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania. The goal of the program is to improve health equity in women’s health by increasing awareness and increase knowledge about how to access women’s health services.
